Depending upon your requirements, this service can provide you with:

• Updates on changes to health, safety or environmental legislation which particulary affects your operations - for instance, we will not notify you of changes to 'Nuclear Installations Regulations' unless of course they affect you. All information is formatted in easy-to-understand plain English.
• On-line assistance with any queries or advice you need, or if there has been an accident at work. You can contact us by phone, fax or e-mail throughout the subscription period with either immediate response, or where research is necessary, we can call you back with a definitive answer.
• Completion of health and safety questionnaires - as one of our clients we would hold relevant information (treated as strictly confidential) in order for you to simply forward the questionnaires to us, as and when they are sent to you by your clients, and we would do the rest.

Subscription to this service is renewable annually with no obligation to continue after the current subscription period. We would automatically notify you near the time of renewal and send you a pro-forma invoice. Once we receive payment, the subscription is activated.

Costs depend on the level of service you require. For example, on-line assistance would cost an organisation with less than 10 employees £75 + VAT per year, typically the full service would be £150 per year.

CDM co-ordinator

Acting as CDM Coordinator for any project under the scope of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations, working closely with the designers/architects, client and principal contractor during the conceptual and initial phases of the project to ensure all aspects of health and safety have been considered and sufficient resources have been allocated. Once the construction phase is completed, we compile a comprehensive health and safety file for the client.
